about the job

• Advising, proposing, adopting, and managing projects as instructed
• Reviewing, testing, and rolling out security patches to all applicable equipment branch-wide, ensuring minimal impact on current operational structure.
• Assisting in IT security-related problems, including investigation, remediation, and incident reporting.
• Managing IT security tools, such as Anti-Virus, Data Loss Prevention, SCCM, and Web-Content Filtering.
• Serving as the main liaison for coordinating and executing the Annual Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Drill Exercise.
• Ensuring timely submission of monthly SCCM and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) reporting to the IT Team Lead and ISO for review.
• Facilitating effective communication with internal colleagues and external contractors.
• Supporting the IT Team Lead in reviewing the security aspects of IT projects to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

skills and experience required
3 to 5 years of dedicated involvement in project deployment and execution. Certified in CISSP or CISM certification. Skilled in deploying and managing IT Security tools including Symantec, Trendmicro, and Forcepoint, ensuring robust defense against cyber threats.
BCP / BCM experience is preferred.
