EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, systems engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience is accepted
  • Certifications not required, but encouraged: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or other identity and access management-related certifications
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership capabilities

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of systems administration experience
  • 3 - 5 years of identity and access management experience for a large-scale company
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in implementing Zero Trust principles and PAM solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management best practices and tools
  • Experience with implementing and managing security controls in cloud environments
  • Strong organization skills, leading sophisticated projects

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Excellent understanding of Zero Trust principles and their application to identity and access management
  • Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and tools, such as multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and role-based access control
  • Strong problem-solving in both ambiguous and tactical situations with a bias for action
  • Validated flexibility and ability to perform in a multidimensional environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to excellence, high-quality standards, and attention to detail
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in identity and access management
  • Hands-on experience using and/or configuration of one or more of the following, are a plus:
  • CyberArk PAM
  • BeyondTrust PAM
  • Delinea PAM
  • KeeperSecurity PAM
