Responsibilities:

As an IT Senior/Principal Solution Architect (f/m/d) on our team, you will define solution architecture and ensure implementation of our ITOM Event Management solutions on our harmonized ServiceNow landscape used by thousands of users across the globe. You will work closely with business owners, product managers, and in-house experts in an agile setting. In your daily business, you will make technical and architecture concepts, contribute to implementation, and operations of SAP’s Service Management applications and landscape. You should be able to understand business demands, design corresponding solution architectures and drive implementations with the agile development team. In the program you are leading based on your deep expertise and dedication to establish a reliable and end user friendly solution.

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead solution architecture for ITOM Event Management
  • Work closely with sprint teams to ensure architectural design is transferred in working products
  • Responsible for architectural design, development, and refactoring across multiple agile teams
  • Be proficient with ITOM/ITSM business processes and transfer business demands to reliable and simple solutions
  • Drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability and maintainability
  • Applying DevOps mindset to take operational responsibility for your solutions
  • Establish a trusted partnership with our internal business and technical counterparts and enable “ONE TEAM” spirit from delivery to operation
  • Act as thought leader for other team members
