Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The IT Sr Service Lead - FTS will be part of the IS, Shared Service (SS) ERP department and will be responsible for handling support and ensuring smooth functioning of business operations across Stryker divisions. The analysts would be required to work independently towards maintaining the SAP ERP and to handle any new requirements from business and providing the solution for the same. The analyst would be managing the strategic partners and ensure Run KPIs are met. The candidate will be responsible to ensure the solution integrity, the alignment with the business requirements and the successful deployment of SAP solution to different Stryker sites. The type of activities the candidate will be working on is solution confirmation, solution design, solution build and enhancements and smooth functioning of business operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create solution designs across process, data, and technology that meet business requirements and adhere to relevant standards and principles, leverage common tools and processes, and meet cost/delivery objectives.
  • Working experience on RICEFW realization and should be able to cater and map the business requirements.
  • Required to have exposure and understanding of business functions like manufacturing, finance, purchase, inventory management.
  • Good knowledge of ITSM process like change management, incident management and problem management
  • Work closely with third-party logistics partners to deploy high-quality solutions.
  • Create functional and technical flow diagrams across various ERP platforms and WMS.
  • Partner with the functional organization to manage fallout and error correction.
  • Proactively identify issues during hypercare and collaborate with stakeholders for faster resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (commercial, distribution, trade compliance, transportation, finance, manufacturing, regulatory, quality).
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, Global Change Control, SOX, and PMO standards.
  • The competencies required would be analytical skills, good understanding of business and business processes, skills to gather the business requirement and provide appropriate solution.
  • Should be able to roll out training programs around SAP which allows smooth onboarding for team members into the same domain.
  • Develop operational reports to validate system flows and manage exceptions.
  • Resolve issues promptly to minimize customer impact and financial reconciliation challenges.
  • Should be proactive towards working on continues improvement activities for generating higher productivity in terms of business benefits and reduction of ticket count.
  • Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors, and vendors, both internal and external to Stryker
  • Identify opportunities for process excellence and innovative solutions.
  • Align distribution network transformation with ERP technology consolidation efforts.
  • To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents.
  • Exposure to Planning tools, HANA preferred.
  • SAP EWM certification preferred.
  • HP-ALM knowledge, working experience preferred
