Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with their systems. You will be responsible for providing first-level contact and conveying resolutions to customer issues. When necessary, you will escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support. Your role will also involve tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to the correct resources. You will update customer data, produce activity reports, walk customers through problem-solving processes, follow up with customers, provide feedback, and ensure problems are resolved.
