Responsibilities:
This position is part of a team responsible for providing first level support to users of IMCT services to manage incidents and service requests. This position is responsible for:
- Responding to user requests for service, assistance or faults by resolving or escalating to appropriate IMCT teams;
• Providing initial technical support relating to IMCT services covering PC, IT solutions and any other infrastructure; • Accurate diagnose, record and prioritise incidents to ensure the appropriate service levels are meet;
- Escalate high priority incidents to Team Leader;
- Manage customer expectations and maintain ongoing communication in relation to incidents and service requests;
- Co-ordinate moves, adds and changes of end user devices;
- Follow up service request, ensuring appropriate approvals and completion of request;
This position is:
- 2 years fixed term full time role
- Onsite presence essential both at 305 Grattan Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 and other Satellite sites as necessary
- Basic Salary Range: 70,000 to 72,000 AUD
- Advertising from 7th June to 8th July 2024
