KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and technical issues resolve them promptly, effectively and professionally.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems, and provide appropriate solutions or workarounds.
  • Incident Management: Log and track all support requests, incidents, and service requests in the ticketing system, and ensure timely resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • User Account Management: Administer user accounts and access permissions as per company policies and procedures.
  • Software Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and update software applications on end-user devices, ensuring compatibility and compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Hardware Support: Provide assistance with hardware setup, installation, maintenance, and repair, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Network Support: Assist with network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless networks, and VPN connections.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures, and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference.
  • User Training and Education: Provide user training and guidance on IT best practices, security and “how to” topics.
  • Participate in the creation and review of IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.
