DESCRIPTION:

As a crucial part of TrueLayer’s IT team, the IT Service Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day support of both engineering and non-technical teams. This includes managing onboarding and offboarding processes, providing access to internal systems, supplying IT hardware to our staff, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. The role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to projects that enhance the operational efficiency of the company.
