Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

In this role you will be an integral part of the global AB Enzymes IT Team and closely cooperate with our Business Technology Partner in the UK. You will be responsible for the IT Service Management and lay the foundation for our must-win-battle “IT Service & Operations”.
You will be part of the Darmstadt based IT team and report to the Global Head of IT.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Continually and proactively improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes and services
  • Provide administrative management and support for global IT service delivery
  • Support the team with ticket quality improvements and escalations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document IT processes & policies
  • Improve our service channels and IT ticket management
  • Create and maintain support processes
  • Support the Head of IT with general governance topics, audits, reviews of assets and licenses
  • Help the global IT Team with user communication and managing change
  • Collaborate with our Business Technology Partner and other key IT suppliers and manage contracts
  • Software/applications support within the service area
  • Implementing Core Technology projects together with the global IT Team and our Business Technology Partner
