With Recruiting, Employee Central, and Learning already live and in operation, we are now in the final phase of rolling out Employee Central, other SuccessFactors talent modules, onboarding, and Fiori as a platform for employee and manager self-services.
Join our team as an experienced and proactive IT Service Owner for SAP HCM. You’ll be the orchestrator, ensuring seamless integration and operation of our hybrid-core platform for payroll and time management. As a key tech team member, your role involves overseeing SAP HCM implementation, maintenance, and optimization, driving efficiency and innovation in HR processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP HCM with broader IT and business strategies. Shape the future of our HR technology landscape with us.

QUALIFICATIONS + PROFILE

  • Proficient in project management methodologies and skills
  • Enjoy working collaboratively using agile methods
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HCM processes
  • Demonstrate experience in operational responsibility for HR-IT products. A background in SAP HCM time or payroll management would be an advantage
  • Fluent in both German and English, enabling effective communicationWillingness to relocate to either Freiburg im Breisgau or Weil am Rhein

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the orchestration of SAP HCM services, ensuring a cohesive integration with SuccessFactors modules with HCM
  • Be as a key point of contact for HR departments locally and globally within the Endress+Hauser Group, supporting international group projects
  • Work closely with the Platform Architect, Module Owners, and Resource Manager to align SAP HCM with broader IT and business strategies
  • Take responsibility for the operation and continuous improvement of our IT SAP HCM services, collaborating with our HR responsibilities and other stakeholders and with a focus on payroll and time
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on project management expertise
  • Take ownership of SAP HCM services and processes, ensuring transparency and consistency through effective Business Process ManagementFoster a culture of continuous learning and development within the IT service team
