REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with server administration is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote and in-person.
  • Perform in-house repairs on hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Assist with remote troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Support network and server maintenance and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior technicians.
  • Install and configure software and hardware components in both end-user and business enviroments.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain and update IT inventory records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
