REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in IT support roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with server administration is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote and in-person.
- Perform in-house repairs on hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist with remote troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Support network and server maintenance and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Install and configure software and hardware components in both end-user and business enviroments.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Maintain and update IT inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
