Salary range: $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical IT support at the Santa Clarita office
  • IT user support in the service desk of the employees at the location, as well as the employees at other locations within the Riedel Group
  • Telephone reception and recording of malfunctions in the ticket system
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Forwarding of tickets to downstream departments
  • User administration via Active Directory and/or Microsoft 365
  • Collaboration in the coordination of the end device life cycle and the maintenance of the system software
  • End device support (PC technology including software configuration, mobile devices, peripherals)
  • Collaboration in projects and assumption of responsibility in sub-projects
  • Distribution of installation packages for new product releases and software updates via central software distribution Matrix42
  • Server administration in the area of VMware / Windows
  • Network administration at the Santa Clarita location with components from the manufacturer Aruba
  • Support of other IT colleagues in Montreal and Germany
