As our IT Systems Specialist within our internal IT team, you’ll help ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day IT operations. You’ll keep our engineers coding, our support team supporting and our finance team crunching numbers.
Reporting to our IT Manager, this is a full-time hybrid role, based in our Melbourne office 4 days per week and 1 day from home.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll provide IT support to PaperCutters across our different regions, in person and remotely.
- Support the rollout of new technologies and enhance existing systems, ensuring a focus on both user experience and security.
- Ensure we are adhering to our ISO27001 compliance requirements by following internal processes.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure end-user hardware purchases are cost-effective and suitable for PaperCutters needs.
