We are looking for an IT Site Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Germany. As an IT Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth set up, changes and decommissioning of IT infrastructure, while maintaining high-quality service delivery standards.

EXPLORE YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the quality of IT services provided for sites, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
• Plan, forecast, and coordinate site set up, changes, moves and decommissioning of IT infrastructure
• Participate in the global IT Demand Management process, assigning site requirements to corporate IT delivery and managing service requests
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery and operational support at Exyte construction sites
• Gather IT technical set up requirements for sites and consult with businesses to document their needs in collaboration with IT Demand Managers
• Forecast and plan IT installation timelines and resource requirements.
• Manage the overall quality of the installation and address any issues that arise
• Maintain regular communication with both business and IT delivery units, including external parties
