We leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform as core technologies for our CRM solutions. We are the competence center within Essity globally for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated technologies.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this position, as IT Integration Software Engineer CRM B2B Services, you will board a great journey where your contribution will help us to improve our IT services and create disruptive CRM solutions at scale!
You will work with an international and cross-functional team of experts and your focus will be the configuration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM application based on functional and technical specifications to meet quality & performance requirements.
Acting within the solution development team, you’ll contribute to the delivery of enhancement or new feature of the CRM System, through configuration, development, integration, and testing work packages, and will report to the IT Manager CRM B2B Services (HM).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • In this position you are part of the scrum team of HM CRM B2B product, which core solution is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 system (CRM)
  • Develop and work on technical designs for the different entities of the D365 system, and for its integrations into other applications like SAP S4 or other internal web applications
  • Understand the underlying business processes to provide the best solutions to meet business requirements
  • Cooperate with developers, software engineers, architects, business analysts and business stakeholders to make sure that the applications meet requirements and performance goals.
  • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation, including unit testing
  • Assist in analyzing and solving issues regarding integration of the D365 solution
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover of the developed solutions to the support organization
