IT Solution Architect, Europe
As the IT Solution Architect for Europe, you will be the driving force behind a portfolio of IT solutions that support and enhance KONE’s regional operations. From understanding the local IT landscape to collaborating with business stakeholders, you will oversee the comprehensive architecture of regional IT solutions. Leading a dedicated team, you will ensure our solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with global IT strategies and policies, delivering significant business value.

This position may be based in Espoo or Hyvinkää in Finland. You will report to the Head of IT Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local IT landscape, including products, applications, and integration points.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand regional requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
- Ensure that local IT solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with global IT strategies, guidelines, and policies.
- Periodically review and evaluate if global solutions can fulfill the regional requirements.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight for regional IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with global IT architecture and guidance, consistency, and quality in design and implementation.
- Facilitate communication between local and global IT teams and collaborate closely with the global architects to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze and address regional architectural issues, including performance bottlenecks, cyber non-compliance risks, scalability challenges, and technical debt and suggesting approach to mitigate the issues.
