For our headquarter in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• Completed studies in business informatics or comparable
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in SAP Basis
• Good knowledge of the newer SAP technologies (SAP BTP, SAP ALM, …) and the SAP RISE operating model
• Experience in customizing and operating the relevant modules and platforms
• Very good knowledge of roles and authorizations
• Experience in dealing with GxP and SOX requirements
• Good knowledge of IT security
• Very good command of German and English
• Willingness for continuous further development

For our IT department, we are looking for an IT Solution Architect SAP Technologies as an in-house consultant to support productive SAP operations as well as to optimize and further develop technical system support and interfaces based at our European headquarters in Munich as soon as possible. Initially, the focus will be on establishing an operating concept for our new cloud-based solutions such as SAP BTP, SAP ALM and SAP DM as well as our RISE systems.

Your area of responsibility will include the following:

• Solution design and solution implementation related to SAP Technologies (also known as “SAP Basis”) for the existing European SAP platform (ECC, BW including its environment) and the new cloud-based European systems including SAP EWM, SAP BTP, SAP DM, SAP ALM
• Actively support and coordinate project activities for these areas on European and on global level in close collaboration with Subject Matter experts in IT and Business
• Develop and optimize the operating concept and governance regulations for the new cloud-based European SAP systems
• Design and support regional and global change management processes including the operations of the change management platform RevTrac
• Manage SAP security framework, user management, authorization concept and act as owner for all compliance & security controls and monitoring activities required at application level
• Collaborate closely with external service partners (SAP, the external hosting partner and with AMS partners)
• Develop and execute SAP technical roadmap as part of the continuous service improvement process
• Design and consult integration of SAP systems in complex enterprise landscape with global & regional sidecars, as part of regional and global teams, actively involved in transformation to S/4 HANA
• Ensure organization and coordination of planning & deploy the correct integration or transition method, according to requirements
• Ensure proper documentation of all SAP landscape architecture structures, from concept to planning and implement all architectural decisions in collaboration with external service providers
• Adapt to evolving technology landscapes, supporting new SAP technologies at regional/global level if needed
