Analyze customer need, issues and current IT environment and determine best solution in the market that fits customer requirements. Advanced Technology Sol. Delivery Lead responsibilities include:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computing, IT or related fields.
- 7 years working experience in IT systems / projects and involved in user requirement analysis, system analysis and system design.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Significant experience in eliciting client requirements and needs.
- Significant experience in analyzing business process issues and process automation.
- Good knowledge of digital tools for business process improvement such as RPA, AI-OCR, Chatbot and workflow, etc.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills including technical writing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and functional specifications, evaluate suitable software systems, and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the client’s system architecture and recommend solutions to improve it.
- Evaluate the business impact of certain technology choices.
- Advice on system architecture to realize customer’s specifications and requirements.
- Continuously research current and emerging technologies and suggest changes where necessary.
- Provide supervision and guidance to the development team and solve any technical problems that arise.
