We are now looking for a self-guided, result-oriented and collaborative

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

  • Have overall accountability of Neste’s IAM services and their related processes, including lifecycle and roadmap
  • Manage the delivery of IAM operational services
  • Be a single point of escalation for all internal IAM support issues
  • Monitor and report on service/operational levels and perform regular customer/service provider reviews
  • Proactively seek ways to improve our IAM services
  • Coach and support IAM service partners in Neste related topics
  • Participate in Major Incidents & Crisis Management and act as an escalation point to IAM related issues, when needed
  • Ensure the availability of accurate service support documentation for all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance regarding licenses, audits, security and other compliance items
  • Actively share communication on what is ongoing in the IAM area (e.g hold info sessions, publish status updates in our intranet)

THE BEST COMBINATION TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • Several years of experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) services
  • Practical knowledge of IAM Services and the business processes used to manage and support them
  • Practical, hands on experience on one of the top IGA (Identity Governance and Access Management) solutions
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear manner
  • Excellent collaboration and cooperation skills
  • Ability to work independently, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines at the same time as being a good team player, providing and asking help when needed
  • Fluency in English
