QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in Endpoint and Systems administration
  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Administration
  • MS Intune, MS Azure, MS O365, MS SharePoint administration, support and policy definition.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure and implementations
  • Knowledge or certification in ISO/IEC 27001
  • Experience in Apple Operating Systems Administration
  • Prior experience SaaS application support
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Networks and Security controls.
  • Demonstrated experience with Federated Security models and implementations.
  • Expertise in MS Office Applications
  • Leadership and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

ROLE: IT SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Technology, the IT Solutions Engineer will be integral to the Enterprise Technology team’s support of endpoints, cloud, infrastructure and applications. In this role you will perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and security tools on all Atlas endpoints. You will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for policies, configuration and administration in MS Azure, MS 365, MS SharePoint and others. In this role, you will have an opportunity to contribute your leadership and experience to different improvement projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Perform Azure AD system administration and IAM activities across the enterprise.
  • Administer and support Microsoft O365, MS SharePoint and MS Azure environment, policies and ensure accurate RBAC controls are in place.
  • Perform Daily cleanup and Hygiene of the Windows AD infrastructure
  • Work with Information Security Engineers to ensure appropriate security controls are in place and functioning across the enterprise.
  • Installation and maintenance of the multiple applications used to support the enterprise.
  • Create and manage various scripts and processes to automate functions in the enterprise.
  • Support the helpdesk team with L2/L3 knowledge and assistance.
  • Participate in Incident Response and support where needed in such an event.
  • Assist in the various information security, privacy & compliance programs including ISO/IEC 27001, SOC2, DFARS/NIST 800-171, GDPR, ITIL, etc.
  • Write and update documentation for responsible areas and controls.
  • Perform regular reporting of KPI’s and processes.
  • Cooperate on different improvement projects across the company.
