MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma, university degree/technical diploma is considered an asset
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge (level C) of English
  • Working knowledge of the official language of the country
  • National of Hungary or resident of the country with valid work permit.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to draft routine correspondence and to write and spell correctly in English.
  • Ability to organise own work, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to cope with an increased volume of work during peak periods of a limited duration.
  • Computer literacy and ability to effectively use databases, spreadsheets, emails and other office technology software.
  • Courtesy, tact, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
  • IT Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet and office technology equipment. Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Good knowledge of corporate ERP systems
  • Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level and second-level user support for ICT-related services including, but not limited to: the Local Area Network, Wide-area Network, Wi-Fi, Video conferencing, hardware and software, Multifunction printers/photocopiers and Teams telephony.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation/configuration of standard laptops for SSC personnel as per established policies and procedures and liaising with the users.
  • Ensure IT inventory tracked, IT assets are tagged and maintain IT supplies.
  • Ensure all user requests are logged in the Service Management tool and coordinate with the IT Division for any 3rd level escalations.
  • Monitor ticket resolution within SLAs and produce reports on request.
  • Assist in identifying hardware and software needs of the SSC and draft procurement requests for hardware and software according to corporate guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required.
