MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma, university degree/technical diploma is considered an asset
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge (level C) of English
- Working knowledge of the official language of the country
- National of Hungary or resident of the country with valid work permit.
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to draft routine correspondence and to write and spell correctly in English.
- Ability to organise own work, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to cope with an increased volume of work during peak periods of a limited duration.
- Computer literacy and ability to effectively use databases, spreadsheets, emails and other office technology software.
- Courtesy, tact, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
- IT Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet and office technology equipment. Strong knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level and second-level user support for ICT-related services including, but not limited to: the Local Area Network, Wide-area Network, Wi-Fi, Video conferencing, hardware and software, Multifunction printers/photocopiers and Teams telephony.
- Coordinate delivery and installation/configuration of standard laptops for SSC personnel as per established policies and procedures and liaising with the users.
- Ensure IT inventory tracked, IT assets are tagged and maintain IT supplies.
- Ensure all user requests are logged in the Service Management tool and coordinate with the IT Division for any 3rd level escalations.
- Monitor ticket resolution within SLAs and produce reports on request.
- Assist in identifying hardware and software needs of the SSC and draft procurement requests for hardware and software according to corporate guidelines and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
