We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced IT Specialist - Level 1-2 to be placed with our client in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, which is one of Quebec’s largest agricultural cooperatives. It specializes in four major business sectors: agriculture, retail, dairy processing and farm machinery.

• Install, test and update IT equipment (computers and cell phones, peripherals, programs and software);
• Maintain, configure, secure and deliver IT equipment in compliance with established standards;
• Diagnose and handle incidents;
• Write procedures and various technical documents;
• Provide support to users in the use of equipment and software, as well as coaching and training;
• Contribute to the programming and deployment of various IT solutions (an asset);
• Periodically work on-call according to the schedule defined by the team
