As our IT specialist, it is your job to take ownership of all the IT groundwork support. You will assist the Information Technology team with all aspects of technical support and be the office ‘go-to’ person for IT needs. This includes, but not limited to user support, computer setup, maintenance and service, assisting with networking maintenance and all other important technology needs we have here at SafetyCulture.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Windows and Mac OS experience
- Experience with Kandji and Microsoft Intune (Apple/Windows MDM), or willingness to learn this software
- Self-starting attitude, resourcefulness and professionalism
- Strong ability to identify, analyse and solve problems
- Able to demonstrate SafetyCulture values (Think Customer, Open Honest Always, Better as a Team, Be Bold Bring Action)
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Okta SSO and provisioning experience
- Google Suite Admin
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, Office 365 and performing SaaS tool admin
