Description:
Our clients are predominantly business owners who are focused on ensuring their day-to-day operations perform as they should, I.T, networks, systems and cybersecurity are generally not something they have time to consider and that is where we step in. We manage all of the I.T. requirements so that people don’t have to worry about whether their data and systems are protected.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience with troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
Prior experience in a customer service/support role.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and helpdesk software.
Experience in providing remote support to end-users through phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
SKILLSETS:
Technical knowledge of software development, databases and systems architecture to support the design, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis, data visualisation and reporting tools including PowerBI to extract insights from data and create meaningful reports.
Skilled in creating clear and comprehensive documentation and training of IT solutions.
Ability to understand business processes, objectives and reporting requirements to develop and support IT solutions.
Understanding of cybersecurity and data governance practices and considerations to ensure compliance with regulations and protect sensitive data.
