We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join a team as an IT Apprentice at a well established school. As an IT Apprentice, you’ll have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of educational technology while gaining valuable hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned IT professionals.

In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
DESIRED QUALITIES, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic educational environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts (prior experience or coursework in IT-related fields is a plus but not required).
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the school community.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of students.
- Grade 4 in Maths and a grade 5 in English at GCSE is required for this role.
