Description:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Assistant to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. The IT Support Assistant will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and providing training and guidance to end-users. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience working in an IT support or helpdesk role is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of software, hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, network, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware devices.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on using IT systems and applications.
- Document and maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or vendors as needed.
- Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance tasks, such as server updates and network troubleshooting.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
