We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional IT support to our users and clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a human-sized company.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Familiarity with ticketing tools.
  • Experience with SCOM.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • ITIL certification.

Responsibilities:

As an IT Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing IT support to users and/or clients.
  • Handling tickets related to incidents and dedicated requests in Windows and Office environments.
  • Troubleshooting desktop hardware such as desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Escalating unresolved incidents to higher-level support.
  • Tracking the incident lifecycle.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures.
  • Following up on customer requests with a customer-oriented approach.
