We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional IT support to our users and clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a human-sized company.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Familiarity with ticketing tools.
- Experience with SCOM.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- ITIL certification.
Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing IT support to users and/or clients.
- Handling tickets related to incidents and dedicated requests in Windows and Office environments.
- Troubleshooting desktop hardware such as desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Escalating unresolved incidents to higher-level support.
- Tracking the incident lifecycle.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures.
- Following up on customer requests with a customer-oriented approach.
