Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions promptly.
  • Provide technical support for company-wide software applications and hardware to end-users.
  • Assist end-users with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with software vendors to resolve complex application-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain servers, perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups and security patches.
  • Monitor server performance and respond to server-related incidents promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on IT best practices, security protocols and software usage.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides and user manuals.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard the company’s IT assets and data.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software, and support services.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
  • Provide after office hour support when necessary
