MEET THE TEAM BEHIND THIS JOURNEY

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our IT Support Experience unit. The unit is part of the DevOps track at DeepL which has the mission to create a modern, scalable, secure and reliable IT operation that supports DeepLs acceleration.
Within this team you have a chance to support and impact the IT experience of all the employees at DeepL in our mission to break down language barriers. You will be working in close cooperation with teams both inside and outside of the DevOps track. You will own the employee IT experience by defining and delivering a roadmap that will support everyone globally at DeepL in delivering a product with more than 100 million users.
Technical Product Managers at DeepL are regular members of the Product team, but with an additional level of software development and subject matter expertise that makes it easier to excel while working with the teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Break down initiatives and projects into tasks and support the team to deliver them
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and drive measurable business impact
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure and report progress
  • Ensure the maximum Return on Investment for your team’s efforts
  • Communicate strategy, ideas and concepts clearly, aimed at the right audience, with the help of insight and data
  • Identify opportunities for new features and products that leverage the global scale of our user base and data
