Description:

General Qualification :
1. D3 or Bachelor Degree (Sarjana S1) in Computer Science
2. 1-2 year experience in managing IT hardware and software.
3. Experience with common enterprise technologies and concepts, such as Active Directory, Ticketing applications, User Management tools or Computer Networking.
4. Experience with Mac, Online Drive, Windows, or cloud applications and Video conferencing software and hardware.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. 8x5 IT Operational Support (Office Hour)
2. Assist daily IT operational activities related to client computer hardware and software.
3. Support regarding computer hardware issues that require a visit to the end user’s location
4. Process Support Escalation of problems that require support by the Customer’s Internal IT team or Customer Work Partners
5. Software installation support, remote support, and client computer Operating System issues
6. Job support that meets and adapts Occupational Security and Safety (K3) standards to protect personnel/employees working in the Company’s environment.
7. Proactive and Communicative in doing the job.
8. Build cooperation and develop good relations with various levels of users/company employees.
