Description:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Mentoring, motivating and developing junior members of staff
  • Ensure SLO/SLAs for the team are monitored and maintained in the team
  • Provide analysis and insights for improvements
  • Ensure local projects are recorded and correctly resourced
  • Identify and track new work packages and projects from stakeholders
  • Reporting and Analysis on SLOs for the London IT Support Team
  • Attend IT and Office Operations Meetings

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Microsoft Office Troubleshooting
  • Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting
  • Windows Server Troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Administering and supporting o365 (Exchange/Azure AD/Endpoint)
  • ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool experience
  • Network Fundamentals
  • MECM/SCCM Administration
  • On Prem AD administration
  • Leadership/Management experience
  • Knowledge of VC/Conferencing Systems (Teams Rooms)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS:

  • Good secondary and/or equivalent education: A Levels, HND/C, or degree.
  • Industry related qualifications.

The purpose of the role will be to complete defined IT maintenance and support tasks, as directed by the IT Leadership team, through the IT Service Desk, and in support of the Regional IT Service Manager based in London. Though this is a team lead role there will be an expectation to be hands on.
Success in this role will involve the effective management and development of the IT Support Officers in the Bath office, whilst effectively building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. It will also involve ensuring any projects or parts of projects that need to be performed in the local office are correctly resourced and completed. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day to day support of the office.
