Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

PlaySide Studios are seeking a kick-ass Help Desk Technician to join our team. We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our growing IT Operations team to install, support and maintain our servers, storage, and other computer systems. Reporting into the IT manager, you will be responsible for planning for and responding to service issues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking first line calls from staff and troubleshooting issues to come to a timely and effective resolution
  • Logging tickets and managing them effectively
  • Maintaining and managing correct AV equipment onsite and remote.
  • Maintaining and managing On Prem Servers and Storage.
  • Perform software version updates
  • Providing hardware support, application support and audio-visual support
  • Setting up and configuring new software and hardware, ensuring 100% functionality.
  • Support the onboarding of new staff by setting up desks/equipment
