We are looking for someone to join our Operations team in the IT Support role- someone who is a go-getter, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly switch priorities. The role requires someone who is forward-thinking, has strong communication skills, has a passion for troubleshooting and is solution orientated. You have the desire to share your knowledge and educate and empower end users of different skill levels to deliver business efficiency. IT Support needs to be approachable and have a can-do attitude and easily identify and drive education programs to encourage technology independence. We are looking for the right candidate so if you have limited experience but are IT-savvy and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply! Hiring in Sydney or Melbourne.

YOUR PRACTICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE:

Experience in:

  • Windows and Mac OS X operating systems
  • Microsoft software, including SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Android and iOS mobile operating systems

AND IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Ticket management eg, Zendesk
  • Collaboration and meeting tools eg, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
  • CRM platforms eg, HubSpot
  • Azure
  • Active Directory
  • Entra ID
  • Relevant certifications or training
  • Coding experience
  • Knowledge of IFTTT tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, etc
  • Support helpdesk or end user in-house experience

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor helpdesk tickets and provide prompt user support on issues via phone, email, or in person
  • Assist in the setup, management, and deployment of laptops and other devices for our staff
  • Collaboration with our technology team and service providers on troubleshooting issues and on short-term projects
  • Awareness and advocacy for cyber security
  • Proactively reporting on technology issues and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Perform training on our systems for our staff, including 1:1, small groups, and larger teams as necessary
  • Document and maintain technology user guides, FAQs, and procedures, to assist our staff in using our key technology platforms
  • Assist with special technology projects
