For our HQ in Lamone (CH) we are seeking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workplace IT needs, handling ticket management, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

AN INSIGHT TO THE ROLE

L1 SUPPORT (HELP DESK and WORKPLACE MGMT) - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the IT workplace and users workstations.
  • Deploy user Workstations (laptop and desktop).
  • Ticket management (Jira), dealing with advanced issues. Liaise with users.
  • Troubleshoot software issues. Help to identify and resolve issues in a complex multi layered environment.
  • Track security incidents and follow up with the outsourced SOC.
  • Assist and train users.

L2 SUPPORT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep infrastructure (Systems, Network, Backup) updated, scheduling maintenance windows if necessary. • Infrastructure monitoring, escalating incidents if necessary to L3/L4.

  • Problem analysis and solving.
  • Resolve infrastructure or systems issues arising from proactive monitoring.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve hardware and software failure.
  • Support MS apps/suites: Office365, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Documentation of procedures.

Key success factors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  • Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
