Responsibilities:
This is an exciting role for a junior or graduate IT Support Specialist to join EstimateOne on a part-time basis, which will see you supporting our remotely distributed team of 120 employees with all things IT!
This junior IT Support Specialist role will support the team with:
- User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Ticket Management: Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of issues and solutions.
- Equipment Setup: Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software for employees, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and system checks, to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures, and update documentation as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to escalate complex issues and assist in larger projects as required.
