As we continue to grow and build our operations, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to work onsite in our Singapore office. Reporting back to our IT Operations Lead, you will be responsible to provide technical support to our users both remotely and onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently resolve IT queries via ticketing system or in-person for clients and personnel
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for ticket resolution within SLAs
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network systems, and peripheral devices including printers and O365-related issues
  • Administer user accounts, computers, network resources, and security groups in Active Directory
  • Prepare, replace, dispose of new computers, support cell phones and wireless modems
  • Provide input on IT purchasing, work with external vendors and conduct IT asset audits quarterlyContinuously improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and service expansion.
