We are recruiting to fill the position below:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are currently looking to hire an IT Support Intern to work in our head office at yaba lagos
- You will be required to have the theoretical/ practical knowledge of IT Hardware, software, Networks, Windows Operating Systems and provide technical support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of HND / OND in Computer Science or related fields
- Experience in desktop or technical support
- Knowledge of hardware maintenance and Networking
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office ICT hardware and software.
- Manage and install different operating systems,(windows, Linux, Windows Server, macOS), application software and utility software.
- Execute structured cabling, crimping cat5,6,7 ethernet cables for network infrastructure.
- Managing office printers and fixing common issue
- Manage the network and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage the company email via control panel and web service hosting, alongside creating and managing email user accounts
- Troubleshooting and resolving systems network failure, installation of Local Area Network (LAN), switches, routers, access point, and wireless fidelity (wifi).
- Provide technical support to staffs and resolving technical issues
