Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in IT or related principles with professional IT qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on working experience in end-user support (hardware & software)
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and commonly used business applications.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Basic understanding of software development and network
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and technical assistance related to software, applications, and computer systems via remote, chat, email, or phone
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related, issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the in-house customised software vendor to improve internal processes and enhance overall IT efficiency.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking components.
- Writing training manuals.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and commonly used business applications.
