We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician early in their IT career and who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. This position is based in Bedford, NS, and requires occasional travel between job site locations throughout the four Atlantic provinces.

  • Experience with Office 365, SharePoint and MS Teams is required
  • Procore and HubSpot knowledge beneficial.
  • Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal ticketing system requests, and coordinate with 3rd party managed service providers
  • New hire device assembly
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues
  • Administration of various web browser accounts such as Procore, HubSpot and SiteDocs
  • Data entry, inventory control and reporting
  • Training support on software platforms
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation
    This position is suitable for someone with an IT education in addition with 1 - 2 years related experience (or an equivalent combination of training and experience).
    As occasional travel within the Atlantic region will be required, a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance is essential.
