Role Profile
Job Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Dublin
Hours: 40
Head Office: Manchester
Salary: €38000 – 45000 depending on experience
Overview of the Role
– Communicating with clients to resolve issues.
– Installing/configuring hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners.
– Equipment repair and maintenance.
– Setting up new staff accounts and hardware.
– Support call logging and processing.
– Team collaboration.
– Solution documentation.
Company and Departmental Responsibilities
Details discussed during the interview. Based in the Dublin office, reporting to the Technical Services Manager. Work closely with the support team to ensure high-level support for our customer base. High levels of Customer Service are expected.

Qualifications and Experience
– Core Microsoft Products experience including Active Directory, 365 Exchange, SharePoint.
– 2+ years in IT support.
– Networking technology experience (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
– Fortinet Firewalls and Ubiquity networking product knowledge beneficial.
