WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE FIELD

You ideally have experience from a similar position, including experience with user and technical service. It is essential that you have IT skills and a natural flair for modern technology.

We are looking for a person who:

• Is independent and solution-oriented
• Understands the importance of effective and quick decision-making
• Has the desire to participate in team projects that contribute to developing and ensuring the quality of the company’s IT platform
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as we work internationally and attract both Danish and foreign specialists
• Finds it exciting and satisfying to solve specific problems independently

To be successful in the role, it’s necessary to have good coordination skills and a sense of quality and service in the solutions. BWSC is a project-oriented company with a high degree of interdisciplinary collaboration. You’ll be operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing international environment, where adaptability and thriving on daily challenges are key

• Operation of our Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune/Endpoint Management, Security, Exchange, SharePoint
• Operation of our AD, Cisco network, Checkpoint, VMware, SAN, Hosts, backup
• Support for our IT support team
• Planning and implementation of improvements to our systems, ensuring that our server environment is stable, secure, and up-to-date with the latest patches and security updates
• Development and implementation of infrastructure
• Deployment of software and upgrades
• Preparation and updating of technical documentation related to IT infrastructur
