Who We Are
The Esri R&D Center-Stuttgart is focused on developing software technology for 3D reality capture. Specifically, it develops the photogrammetry software SURE, which is used worldwide to reconstruct 3D surface models from images and lidar. As one of the leading solutions in this domain, it focuses on high accuracy and large-scale applications like aerial mapping of entire cities and countries. Municipalities and leading companies of the mapping industry use our unique technology for countrywide data production. Tens of thousands of aerial images with high resolution are computed into 3D information. Data volumes of hundreds of Terabytes per project are common for customers.
