Responsibilities:
We are looking for our next IT System Administrator to be our first level of support for all Business Central and related system issues. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role.
Your goal will be to ensure that our system change requests are managed well while also being the go-to person to co-ordinate with vendors on projects related to our systems. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly while directly communicating with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users in ANZ.
This is a great opportunity to expand knowledge of Business Central and other software platforms in a dynamic fast-paced challenging environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Administrate Microsoft Business Central.
- Administration of system change requests.
- Helpdesk support to staff.
- Managing issues and projects with vendors.
- Maintain required documentation for issues and development.
- Train staff in usage of Business Central.
- Enforce security standards across all systems.
- Engage actively in self-study to keep up with the systems. Training is also provided when required.
