Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (TO NAME A FEW):
- Designing and implementing MES solutions using .Net C# and MS SQL technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs and system capabilities.
- Overseeing the deployment and integration of MES software, including configuration, customization, and testing, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints
- Providing technical expertise and support for MES systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system reliability and optimal performance
- Assisting in the evaluation and selection of MES software and hardware solutions, considering compatibility and scalability, with a specific focus on proprietary solutions from companies such as AVEVA (formerly Wonderware)
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, system configurations, user manuals, and standard operating procedures
- Training end-users on MES applications, promoting adoption and providing ongoing support for efficient system utilization

Working full-time from our Karvina plant office, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions for our manufacturing operations.
- Your primary focus will be optimizing our manufacturing processes through the effective use of MES technology by replacing custom developed MES solutions with market leading proprietary technologies.
- You will be specifying touchpoints and interfaces between shopfloor systems and SAP S/4 ERP, as well as supporting ongoing improvement of our manufacturing systems.
- You’ll be working with cross functional teams on IT projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination, and analyzing together business requirements for MES projects in our manufacturing operations
