Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you ready to elevate your career and make an impact? We are looking for an all-round IT Team Leader to join our ever-growing IT Support team, based out of our Spring Hill depot. Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will work closely with our Network & Infrastructure Team to ensure a high-level support for internal & external users.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ Years in a similar role – Team Leader or Supervisor of an IT support Team.
- Experience with Office 365/2019, Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive & Teams.
- Experience with Active Directory Users & Computers.
- Basic knowledge & troubleshooting of networking such as DHCP & DNS.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of helpdesk technicians, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Manage the daily workload of the IT Support Team.
- The position entails frequent travel within the Brisbane area, specifically Rocklea and Redbank, as our IT Support team is stationed in these locations. This may require the occasional visits to Rockhampton.
- Coordinate work schedules, staff roster & on-call after hours roster to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the IT Support Team ensuring SLAs are being met.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of IT Support procedures and policies.
- Provide technical support on IT hardware/software, business applications & processes.
- IT project management.
- Proven analytical skills to identify to assist with process improvement.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing expertise and guidance to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
