IT Technical and Support Team Lead, is to provide demonstrated, exceptional leadership skills, customer service, by having superior developed technical knowledge and abilities, in execution of their IT Service duties, to the Transdev organisation. This role is responsible for leading by example, by driving, accurately resolving Incidents / service requests, measured by defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Demonstrating a high level of skill in L1 / L2 / L3 diagnosis of application / hardware / network / software faults, either in person, onsite, or by phone, or by video conferencing, or by remote support, for Transdev Australia and New Zealand, IT Service Managed Environments. Be skilled in the provision of solutions to technical problems, demonstrated experience of working with assigned, Technical Analysts, Project Managers, to deliver on time on budget, quality, projects, and programs of work.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of IT Service Delivery Experience
• ITIL Certification
• Information Technology / Computer Science Tertiary Qualifications preferred
• Networks or Systems qualifications i.e. CCNA, MCSA, etc. preferred
