IT Technical/Functional Analyst

DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an expert technical/functional analyst in order to build, maintain, train, coach to the scope around the management of documents for the entire IT organization. This team centrally develops and supports any foundation of the banking applications. Foundations mean to develop frameworks (Java, .Net, …), content management systems (Open text, Adobe, …), API gateway, Document management, Application security in order to display banking information outside the bank, exchange layer between the front end application and the legacy systems,… in an Agile way of working.
TCC tribe is actively searching for an expert technical/functional analyst in order to build, maintain, train, coach to the scope around the management of documents for the entire IT organization. You will be part of a dynamic development Java team.

You will be integrated in the dedicated Java development team :

• Study the business requirements and providing functional solutions answering their specific needs
• Create detailed analysis of the product capabilities
• Participate to architectural conception of the solution and translate business requirements into functional models easily understandable by the developers.
• Participate to the release management lifecycle
• Be responsible to validate the expected functionalities of the product that the squad developers implemented
• Contribute on the redaction of the functional products documentation to ensure a good understanding of their capabilities

During refinement phase:

• Accompany the business analyst and client through the reflection towards a solution and propose alternative and adequate solutions in line with enterprise architecture and strategy, and while considering cost/ benefits;
• Ensure that the client understands and adopts enterprise rules and standards concerning architectural standards, security;
• Work together with the architects to define the architecture;
• Close collaboration with product owner and business analyst to conceptualize and answer business requirements with modern and compliant solutions;
• Relay between the client, business analyst and involved squads.

During elaboration phase:
Conceptualize and elaborate the chosen solution by translating business requirements into a detailed analysis;
Align with involved squads on solution concepts;
Apply design of the solution, identifying and detailing the impacts on the different product components in order to specify each of their requirements according to the business requirements;
During the construction phase:
Follow-up of the development and testing to ensure coherence between the functional specifications and the developed solution;
Provide the implementation definitions of product components that are supported by different squads;
Support the implementation squads
Review and validate the expected product functionalities implemented by the squads.

Beyond the roles: Agile teams are cross-functional. All required disciplines are represented in the team (analysis, development, testing, … ). However, although team members have a primary role representing a discipline, they are expected to take on other roles and contribute to other disciplines whenever it helps towards reaching the sprint goal.
