Responsibilities:
Technical Excellence: Tackle help requests, document incidents, and resolve issues promptly using diagnostic tools. Provide in-person, hands-on assistance at the desktop level, ensuring a swift and effective problem resolution
Service Desk Management: Manage service desk calls, offering first-line telephone consulting to address user concerns. Be the go-to resource for network printer support, contributing to a seamless IT environment
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with all Operations groups at MCRI, fostering collaboration and contributing to a cohesive IT strategy. Report to the IT Operations Manager and uphold SLA expectations
Flexible Support: Embrace the challenge of onsite business hours support and participate in rostered after-hours on-call telephone support. Your dedication ensures our IT services are available whenever needed
