THE JOB ITSELF

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician to join the team at Bridlington School. The IT technician supports the Network Manager in ensuring a high level of service is provided to all users across the school.
The Role
The IT Technician is the first line of IT support, maintaining the IT helpdesk is a large part of this role – either completing the action or understanding when to escalate. The IT Technician provides technical support for equipment throughout the school whilst having an involvement in longer projects. An ability to prioritise your workload will be essential, but in return you will have a varied role and the opportunity to gain experience in a range of school based IT.
