• Provide troubleshooting support for Microsoft Office applications and M365Administration
• Experience PC installation and troubleshooting
• Performs network troubleshooting.
• Set up laptops for new users, ensuring proper configuration and software installation. Including user cleanups, including revoking licenses of users and converting to shared mailboxes for ex-employees.
• Setup and troubleshoot phone system, which includes physical phones, the online portal for assignments, phone trees, and corporate numbers for our office and terminal locations.
• Maintain IT processes regarding information security, and cybersecurity controls across the network.
• Perform maintenance and set-up tasks for email groups.
• Perform reimage procedures on laptops to maintain system performance and security.
• Support company software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed.
• Writing documentation: end-user and technical process documentation.
• Experience using IT ticketing systems to respond and document issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
